Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final, so please check the date, time and location before booking to make sure you can attend the event. Refunds are only offered if an experience is canceled or your tickets have been moved to another date or neighborhood due to changes in the event.*

That being said, if you can't make the experience you’ve booked tickets for, we may be able to move you to another one as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the event.

*Refunds for canceled or postponed experiences will include any booking fees that were applied to the original order. Booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the venue neighborhood has changed but the event is still going ahead.
